U4RIA DANCE CREW
Take the dedication of Fred Astaire, the moves of Michael
Jackson, the Miami rhythm of J.lo and put it all together to the newest
Jay-Z song to get an idea of what U4ria is all about. U4ria is a dance
studio located in South Florida that eventually led to creating the
crew back in 2007. The crew, consisting of all different background
and ethnicities, made the quick transition from doing local shows to
becoming household names. What started doing mall shows, eventually
led to being on first season of MTV's America's Best Dance Crew, BET's
106th and Park, Univisions Primos, Deco Drive and most recently NBC's
America's Got Talent. Members of the crew have toured from Florida to
Los Angeles and all the way from Tokyo to Singapore.
We're not just talking about a crew with a talent for dance! Many of
the crew members are aspiring actors, singers, make-up artists, costume
designers and even run their own dance studio. This helps them with
putting on the most entertaining and visually appealing shows. U4ria
has been recognized from established choreographers such as Shane
Sparks, Dave Scott, Wade Robson, Tyce Diorio, Mia Michaels and Brian
Friedman.
U4ria loves to use their talent and influence others while giving back
to the community. They teach free classes and workshops and have
participated in events with the Boys and Girls Club and Zo's Summer
Groove.
U4ria's main goal is to be dynamic entertainers and leave a
mark in the dance industry- all while looking good doing it!
